Narrative Therapy

The concept of narrative therapy is straightforward – we each have a story. In telling our story, we make choices. We select what we want to tell and how we want to tell it. Often in doing so, we simultaneously demonstrate and shape how we feel about ourselves. With close attention to language, we examine how you view yourself, the roles you play in situations, and how you choose to tell your story.

We look for unique outcomes that differ from the problems that challenge you most. We focus on the places in your life where your story feels most defeating, and most masterful – because both versions can be true.
