My rate for a fifty minute session is $100.  At this time, I am accepting Blue Cross & Blue Shield, HMO Blue, Aetna, any PPO, and privately paying clients.  Also I am able to provide a sliding scale for clients in need. 

 

Payment is due at time of service and is payable by check or cash.

 

Cancellation of an appointment requires 24 hour advance notice.  A fee will be assessed for not showing or cancellation in less than 24 hour period.  Cancellation notice can be made via voicemail or email message any time of day or night.
