I have worked in the field of psychotherapy for over five years, providing both group and individual therapy to people seeking to change their lives. I frequently incorporate therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, with a general strengths-based approach. I work with adults from early to late adulthood. I received my masters degree in Counseling Psychology through completion of the Lesley University’s 60 credit clinical mental health program Upon completion of all required credits and elements, I was certified by the Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions as a practicing Licensed Mental Health Counselor, number 6760 . I have attended conferences and pursued independent education opportunities in the field of compulsive eating behaviors and therapeutic techniques. |
